Who We Are
Roy Dougan
Roy acquired the practice in 2022. Having graduated in a degree of Law with Economics 2006, he commenced his legal career in Redman Solicitors Limited in Lurgan. Specialising in property transactions he became very well known in the area for his expertise and efficiency. Roy became a director in Redman Solicitors in 2014. In 2020 Roy acquired Kempton Law solicitors in Armagh and acquired Hagan & McConville Solicitors in 2022. It is his drive to continue growing the brand as it highly respected in the Portadown area due to Declan’s hard work and dedication to the industry over the last 40 years.
Sarah Leathem
Sarah graduated from Queens University Belfast with a degree in Law in 2013 and gained much experience as a Paralegal in a local firm before qualifying from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2017. She returned to Portadown and joined the firm in 2022 after managing the conveyancing department in a firm in Belfast. Sarah has enjoyed focusing her career on conveyancing matters and would be delighted to assist you with your conveyancing needs.
Declan McConville
Declan McConville was the founder of the business and was established in 1985. He is accomplished in dealing with a wide range of private client work from house sales and purchases through to complex commerical transactions. Declan became a Consultant in 2022.
Leeanne Ferguson
Leeanne joined the firm in 2004. Leeanne is a very experienced Legal Secretary assisting the Solicitors primarily with Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Intestacy cases. She is for many clients, the first point of contact with the office, regularly answering the telephone and arranging appointments for clients whom call into reception. Prior to joining Hagan & McConville Leeanne had over 8 years experience working as a legal secretary in a County Armagh firm.
